І.Ф. Драч і конгрес української інтелігенції

Abstract

В статье идет речь о процессе создания И. Ф. Драчем Конгресса украинской интеллигенции, общественной организации, которая была призвана защитить национальные права и идеи и должна была принимать постоянное участие в отстаивании общегосударственных интересов. Главной же особенностью организации была консолидация всех патриотически настроенных представителей культурной элиты нашей страны, ее основные интересы были сконцентрированы на главной цели: развитие свободного и независимого государства. Также в статье анализируются те причины и факторы, которые способствовали процессу создания этой организации. Особое внимание уделяется «Манифесту украинской интеллигенции», документу, сыгравшему решающую роль в процессе формирования общественной организации. После его публикации в средствах массовой информации на призыв откликнулись тысячи неравнодушных украинцев, по всей территории начался процесс формирования региональных центров Конгресса украинской интеллигенции. Значительное внимание в исследовании уделено Первому Всеукраинскому собранию интеллигенции, которое проведено в марте 1998 года. Это смогло привлечь огромное внимание граждан к внутренне-политическим проблемам украинского общества.

In the article it goes about the process of creation of Congress of the Ukrainian intelligentsia by I. F. Drach, the public organization that was called for protection national rights and ideas, and also had to take constant part in defending nation-wide interests. The main feature of the given organization was consolidation of all patriotically configured representatives of the cultural elite of our country, so their main interests were concentrated on the main aim: the development of the free and independent state. Also, the article analyzes the reasons and factors that contributed to the process of creating this organization, with particular attention to the «Manifesto of the Ukrainian Intelligentsia» the document that played decisive role in the process of forming this public organization, after its publication in the media, thousands of indifferent Ukrainians responded to the call-up so the process of forming the regional centers of the Congress of Ukrainian Intelligentsia has begun throughout the territory. Particular attention in this study was paid to the first All-Ukrainian assembly of intelligentsia which happened in March 1998 that succeeded to attract great attention of the public to the intra-political problems of Ukrainian society.
